Amusement Park Penny Arcade Coin-Op Movie Stamp Pictures Lot #8

Coin-operated penny arcade machines sold 3½" x 5½" cards with 8 movie stars on a card, each star in a stamp design. These Exhibit Movie Stamp Pictures were made by the Exhibit Supply Company in the late 20s & early 30s. They always used two colors & were variously known as Star Pictures Stamps, Star Stamp Pictures, Stamp Pictures & Movie Stamp Pictures. The stamps were of mixed denominations, & no stamp pictured a female. The cards were usually cut up into 8 individual stamps, as these have been. These remain in excellent condition with scrapbook adhesive residue on the backs. These rare items would make fine additions to an amusement park, coin-op, or movie memorabilia collection.
