Lot Of 3 Famous Shooters Photos

These are 2 photos of people who were very good target shooters.

The photo on the left is of Mr Jacob Zint of Wapakoneta, Ohio. He was a businessman whose family owned 3 businesses. The 3 3/4" x 4 1/2" photo shows him as a young man. He is standing & holding 6 revolvers, one in each hand, two in his holsters, & two in his belt. He has 5 shooting medals pinned to his shirt & he wears a western-style hat with a medallion in it. This is a great photo of a young fellow shooting & on the back it reads Mr. Jacob Zint of Hop. I bought this from an older fellow in Northwestern Ohio who knew the Zint family. He told me that Jacob Zint was a very good shot & was even friends with Annie Oakley. Evidently he must have been a pretty good shot. The second photo is dated December 22, 1944 & is of Mr. H. McDowell of Reno, Pennsylvania. The one photo reads he shot this target offhand at 30 yards with a Stevens 22 caliber rifle using iron sights. His age was 84 years & 8 months at the time. The other photo is of him holding the target that he had shot & there's a photo of the target which he had framed. Inventory #2143
